The largest commercial bank operating in Kazakhstan since 1992. They offer banking services to individuals and legal entities and strive to bring convenience and simplicity of financial transactions to everyday life.
Business challenge
There was a challenge to integrate a bunch of the bank’s new partners and make all the changes in client application. Partners consists of Transavia, EGOV services, Ticketon, KoronaPay, NGSchool and etc
Solution
There was integrated all the new partners of RBK bank: Transavia for RBK Travel service, Ticketon for purchasing tickets, EGOV Services for digital documents, KoronaPay as money transfer service. Also there were made a lot of optimization in inner micro services, such as Notification Center, document generating, and most important credit scoring service
As a result we raised engagement of the users and application rate in App Store and Google Play
