Airba Fresh
Airba Fresh is a grocery delivery service in Kazakhstan. Jaryq Lab built the mobile product from scratch — integrations, ordering, payments, and UX research that drove rapid growth after launch.
Business challenge
There should be developed the whole system for delivery service with integration of ERP, arranging orders between logistics and client application with gathering product insights to keep improving quality of the service
Solution
It was a development of full system for delivering groceries from scratch till productive launch, and following enhancement. It was very interesting journey of development with product approach and agile methodology
There was conducted UX research for getting insights of designing main catalog, search functions, and other product ideas. Also there was integrated ERP, developed whole process of ordering, loyalty system, payment and optimization of inner processes of entire flow. And the end we built mobile application for iOS and Android natively
